Virtual RehABS is designed for individuals looking to safely rebuild their core and return to activity after injury or pregnancy.

Empowered Relief® (Chronic Pain Class)

This 2-hour virtual class is designed for individuals experiencing chronic pain.

Developed by Beth Darnall at Stanford University, Empowered Relief® teaches:

  • Pain neuroscience education

  • Mind-body strategies to reduce pain

  • Tools to improve emotional resilience and nervous system regulation

This program has been shown to:

  • Decrease pain intensity

  • Reduce anxiety and depression symptoms

  • Improve overall quality of life

Gut Check: Gut Health & Functional Nutrition Program

This 8-week program (offered in-person or virtually) focuses on improving digestive health and overall wellness.

You’ll learn:

  • Foundations of gut health and the microbiome

  • How nutrition impacts inflammation and symptoms

  • Practical strategies to improve digestion and energy

Classes meet every 2 weeks for 1–2 hours and are designed to provide actionable, sustainable lifestyle changes.
