Amy Osborne was compassionate and very focused on my physical health. She was introspective when it came to figuring all possible ways to help me overcome crushing pelvic pain, and offered patience, caution, and kindness when approaching the issues of pelvic pain.

I’ve been seeing Amy off and on for over a year now. I’ve had dry needling with four other practitioners and she is by far the best and the only one I use now. Additionally, some practitioners will try to speed you through the appointment, which is not the case with Amy. With Amy, I never feel rushed because she is patient, thorough and caring.

Amy was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. For about a year, I’ve felt a little hopeless as a woman whose pelvic organs were misplaced after childbirth. I had resigned myself to the idea that I might not ever be the same again. Now I know that’s not necessarily true. I’m so glad I am getting help — I feel like I’m in good hands, and my physical malalignment will be resolved quickly if I do my part and complete the daily exercises Amy gave me.

Amy has been dry needling me for almost two years. I have severe central stenosis at L4/L5 and L5/S1 as well as degenerative disk disease running from L2 - S1. After seeing Amy I was walking and golfing with NO NERVE PAIN for the first time in five years!!! I cannot say enough about how much she has reduced both nerve, arthritis and muscle pain in my back!!!

Recommend all postpartum women come in for at least one session to help get all your lady bits back in place and your body happy so you can chase your little one around!

She was amazing. She showed me in an anatomy book the muscles that my MRI were talking about to I had a visual of what we would be working on. She is helping me get on the right track to figuring out the true cause of my pain and how to solve the issue.

Amy is very gifted. If it was not for her I don’t think I would have learned how to deal with my pelvic floor dysfunction and the pain it causes. Not only is she a very skilled Physical Therapist, but the advice and tips she gives that I can use between office visits are invaluable!

When I met Amy I had just had my first child and was changing my own diaper as often as I changed my newborn’s because of urinary incontinence and pelvic floor dysfunction. Being a new mom is hard enough, but being a new mom who’s bladder emptied every time I stood up made me feel so broken and damaged. I was reminded that my body didn’t work every time I would stand, walk, laugh, squat, sneeze, and lift my baby.
When I told Amy my story she met me with compassion, expertise, knowledge, and hope. She completed a very thorough assessment of my physical condition and its impact on my everyday functionality. Amy consistently followed up with me in between appointments to see how I was doing and how the exercises were going. Each time we met she listened to my own assessment of how things were progressing and tailored our appointment to those areas of weakness or concern. At every appointment Amy individualized her treatment based on my needs and frequently reassessed and adapted treatment based on my progress. Amy’s care goes above and beyond; never have I had a healthcare professional advocate and collaborate for my needs like she did with other specialists. I remember walking into one of the many appointments with a specialist, feeling defeated and worn out, but as the doctor came in, he said, “So,I talked with
Amy.” I was so relieved and thankful that she had taken the time to communicate her assessment with my doctor.
Amy is an expert and gifted in her craft. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, honest, diligent at keeping up on the latest research, and an invaluable asset to my health and wellness. I can’t thank her enough for all of her care!
