At Apto Physical Therapy & Wellness, our small group personal training classes are designed to help you safely transition from injury recovery to full return to exercise, sport, and performance. Located in Wheat Ridge and serving the greater Denver area, our classes combine the expertise of physical therapy with the energy of a supportive group setting.
Each class is led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and limited to fewer than six participants, ensuring individualized coaching, proper technique, and safe progression.
