about SmALL GROUP TRAINING

BRIDGE THE GAP BETWEEN REHAB AND RETURN TO exercise and sport

At Apto PT & Wellness, our Small Group Training classes are designed to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and return to sport. Each class is led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and capped at fewer than six participants, ensuring you get the expertise and individual attention you deserve.

These sessions are perfect if you’ve:

  • Completed physical therapy but aren’t quite ready to jump back into your regular workouts

  • Struggled with recurrent injuries that hold you back

  • Wanted guidance on building strength and resilience safely

  • Been looking for a supportive environment where form and function come first

Why Choose Our Classes?

  • Expert Guidance: Every class is taught by licensed physical therapists who specialize in injury prevention, recovery, and performance.

  • Individualized Attention: With fewer than six participants, we tailor movements to your needs while keeping the benefits of a motivating group setting.

  • Functional Training: Each program is built to restore mobility, improve strength, and prepare your body for sport, fitness, and daily life.

  • Safe Progression: We emphasize proper technique and progressive overload so you can train smarter—not just harder.
