A practical, personalized approach focused on helping you build sustainable habits and feel more consistent with your nutrition—without overwhelm.
We focus on simplifying your day-to-day decisions around food, improving energy and digestion, and creating a structure that fits your lifestyle. This is a great option if you’re looking for guidance, accountability, and a clear plan without the need for advanced testing.
This package includes one 60-minute initial consultation and five 30-minute follow-up sessions, allowing for ongoing support, accountability, and plan adjustments as you build momentum.
